Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Arrive at Islamabad International Airport . Transfer to the hotel for rest and expedition briefing . Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Day 2: Travel to Skardu

Morning flight from Islamabad to Skardu (subject to weather conditions). If the flight is canceled, travel by road via the Karakoram Highway (approx. 12-15 hours). Arrival and overnight stay in Skardu.

Day 3: Rest day in Skardu

The team will spend a day in Skardu, resting and acclimatizing to the higher altitude. They may also use this day to purchase any last-minute gear or supplies they need for the expedition.

Day 4: Travel to Askole

The team will travel by jeep to Askole, a remote village located at the start of the trek to Broad Peak base camp. The journey takes around 6-8 hours and involves crossing several suspension bridges and rocky terrain.

Day 5: Trek to Jula

Begin the trek from Askole to Jula (approx. 5-6 hours) . Trek along the Braldu River and cross several suspension bridges . Camp overnight at Jula.

Day 6: Trek to Paiju

Trek from Jula to Paiju (approx. 6-7 hours).View stunning mountain scenery, including the Trango Towers.Camp overnight at Paiju.

Day 7: Trek Paiju to Urdukas

Continue trekking from Paiju to Urdukas (approx. 6-7 hours).The route includes walking on the Baltoro Glacier. Camp overnight at Urdukas.

Day 8: Trek Urdukas to Goro II

Trek from Urdukas to Goro II (approx. 6-7 hours).Experience the breathtaking views of Masherbrum and other peaks.Camp overnight at Goro II.

Day 9: Trek to Concordia (4,600m)

Trek from Goro II to Concordia (approx. 5 hours).Concordia offers spectacular views of K2, Broad Peak, and Gasherbrum peaks.Camp overnight at Concordia.

Day 10: Trek to Gasherbrum Base Camp

Trek from Concordia to Gasherbrum Base Camp (approx. 6-7 hours).Settle in at the base camp, surrounded by towering peaks.Overnight stay at Gasherbrum Base Camp.

Days 11-13: Rest Days at G2 Base Camp

Acclimatization and preparation for the summit push.Review climbing gear and attend briefings.Relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Days 14-38: Summit Push and Acclimatization (25 Days)

Conduct acclimatization climbs and rotations to higher camps.Make the summit attempt, with flexibility for weather conditions.Return to base camp for rest and recovery between attempts.

Days 38-45: Close Expedition and Return

Begin the return journey from Gasherbrum Base Camp to Skardu.Retrace the trekking route: Concordia, Goro II, Urdukas, Paiju, Jula, Askole.Drive back to Skardu, then fly or drive to Islamabad.De-briefing and celebration dinner in Islamabad.End of expedition.
